The process typically lasts 3-6 months. Some clients complete it in under 3 months, while others may take longer than 6 months.
Each session builds on the last. We meet weekly, bi-weekly or every 3-4 weeks for 90 minutes.
In between sessions, you may have reflective exercises or small activities that take around 30-90 minutes per session, and you’ll have access to me for questions between meetings.
