So, how does the program work?

Over the course of four weeks, you'll learn and practice four proven methods for managing your negative thoughts, emotions and identities.

One guided 60-90 minute live session each week to learn each method and receive feedback followed by 3 practice sessions independently to master them 100%. 

Between sessions, you have full support via email or WhatsApp if any questions come up.

Week 1: Remove negative Thoughts and Emotions

In the first session, you will learn how to gradually remove the negative mind content and overcome challenges, negative states, and limiting emotional patterns.

Week 2: Neutralize Conflicted Emotions

You'll learn how to neutralize conflicting emotions and remove the resistance that's been holding you back from achieving your goals. By removing the conflict, you'll find that taking action is much easier and more natural.

Week 3: Remove Stuck Identities 

In this session, you'll learn how to become aware and neutralize the conflicted identities that are holding you back.

Week 4: Neutralize Conflicted Identities

This final session will teach you the quickest and most effective method of all.

Who created these methods?

Zivorad Slavinki, the creator of the PEAT method that revolutionized the field of therapy in the 2000s, created the first set of these methods based on a broad body of work and research that incorporates EFT, MDMR, NLP, Energy Therapy, Perennial Philosophy, Meridian Therapy, and other methods of therapy and spiritual development.

Vladimir Stojakovic, his associate and mentee, expanded and refined these methods seven years ago, making them more effective, accessible, and easy to implement without the assistance of another person.

Frequently asked questions

How long are the 4 sessions?

Each session is 60-90 min and held on zoom.

How long do I need to practice outside of the live 1-1 sessions?

Besides the coaching session, it is recommended to practice these tools 3 times per week (30-60 min). 

Do you offer support past these 4 weeks?

Yes. The goal however is for you to be using these tools and methods without a second person.

What happens if I'm not available 1 or 2 weeks?

We can simply reschedule them. These 4 sessions can be delivered over 5-8 weeks. 

Who is this coaching process for?

This program is designed for anyone who is struggling with negative or limiting thoughts, emotions, or identities and wants to learn how to gain control over them rather than being controlled by them.

Is this process part of the rest of the coaching you offer?

Yes, but not to the level of depth. You can integrate these 4 sessions into the career planning, career change, or job search coaching programs that I offer.

What kind of problems can I work on?

You can work on problems related to emotions such as fear (of failure, change, success, authority, conflict, humiliation, unknown, etc.), guilt (e.g. leaving the company, disloyalty, earning more, leaving a relationship), shame (not having the required skills, experience, etc.), anger or resentment (towards yourself, others, or different circumstances), frustration, stress, and loss (of a certain person, situation, status). You can also address compulsive behaviors like procrastination and self-criticism.

This sounds almost too easy, almost like magic. Does it really work like that?

Yes and no. If you apply these methods consistently, you can reduce the emotional weight you have been carrying with you, similar to how you can reduce excess fat and build muscles through consistent gym workouts. However, if you don't use them, they won't work. Some challenges may require multiple sessions, and you might need to apply these methods to specific problems, such as a fear of failing when getting a specific job. While these methods have been shown to be more effective than other forms of therapy, coaching, or counseling, they don't work for everyone.

Will these methods work for me?

Not all the methods work for everyone, which is why you'll learn four different methods. Some will resonate with you more than others, and some will be more effective than others when it comes to specific challenges and goals.
